Microsoft Azure Conditional Access & Identify Management. The primary goal of this project was to identify the existing usage of easyJet Active Directory Shared Accounts across the business, and then based upon risk determine an appropriate risk reduction strategy. One of the challenges is that many of the existing AD Shared accounts are currently used by 3rd Party Ground Handlers who are not directly managed or employed by easyJet. A large number of these accounts access eRes (easyJet’s Flight Reservation System) via Citrix. The project is currently applying dynamic group tagging and conditional access policies in order to restrict and monitor authorised access.
Microsoft Defender for Endpoints Microsoft Defender for endpoints was originally deployed across many easyJet EUC devices as part of a separate Windows 10 upgrade project. EasyJet wanted to ensure that MDE is fully configured to the latest Microsoft security baselines and incorporates several enhanced functionalities which were not previously enabled and deployed as part of the Windows 10 rollout. MDE is a strategic part of easyJet’s Digital Security Programme which also incorporates Microsoft Defender in the cloud and O365 application protection.
